1. If you're not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you've received, please let us know by emailing us within 30 days after parcel dispatch. Items can be returned for a full refund on the condition that the items are unopened and unused within 30 days and you will have to bear postage costs.  

ZAKURA reverse the right to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:

  • Any opened or broken products
  • Any discount, special, promotion, bundle, last chance, outlet items
  • Products listed as non-refundable/exchangeable
  • Returns made 30 days after the dispatch date

2. Postage costs will be refunded if the item is defective or sent due to our error.

3. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method. For credit card refunds, it is only total cost of goods that would be refunded
4. Products need to remain unopened in order to be eligible as return including main product, accessories, documents enclosed, inner and outer package, sampling gift and promotional gift. 

5. Returns probably cannot be effected on the following : 

Trial samples or product videos have been provided before your purchase. In the process of commodity inspection, the package is broken, tags, stickers, and seals are removed unnecessarily. Pre-delivery inspection has been conducted at your end before parcel dispatching. Causes other than the necessity of inspection or that can be attributed to you that result in damages, losses, or alterations to the goods.

6. Please pack the returned products properly into the delivery box provided by the courier company. If the original delivery box gets lost, please put the product with original package into the replaced box. Do not paste stickers or write text directly on the original packaging. . If the original packaging is damaged, the product cannot be returned or the damage fee will be deducted from the refund.

7. If you attempt to return goods, please remind requesting delivery note from courier company and file it well for easy checking until goods return complete.  

8. An order can only be returned once, therefore all return goods must be packed in the same package. If returned separately, only the first returned label will be recorded.


9. Damage item 

For damaged products, please keep the delivery box and all packing materials. We will follow-up as soon as possible after you provide us with the following information:

  • Picture(s) of parcel box used to deliver the products (To check for damage in parcel exterior).
  • Pictures of the inner box (To check whether bubble wrap and/or inflatable packaging has protected product properly)
  • Pictures of leaked or damaged product in question

10. Incorrect Item 

If an incorrect item was received, please return it (in a resalable condition) along with the original delivery note. The correct item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Before returning the incorrect item, please send your order number to us through the Customer Center for the return order number and procedures.

11. Exchange an item 
Currently, we do not offer exchange of items. Alternatively, you can return the purchased item and place a new order. Please contact us through our Customer Center for the return order number and procedures before sending. Please note that we will not bear the cost of return shipping.
