Your membership application and membership maintenance are governed by the following terms and conditions. They are owned and operated by Sakura Beauty & Health Limited ("ZAKURA" or "we"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By registering as a ZAKURA member, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.



  1. Membership application and benefits 

If you are 18 years of age or older, you can apply to become a ZAKURA member via email. However, if you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must authorize and consent to your becoming a ZAKURA member in accordance with these Terms and Conditions before you can apply to become a ZAKURA member.

 

  1. Please confirm that all information provided to us is complete, accurate and up-to-date. If there are any changes to your personal information, please update your personal information in the ZAKURA application (the "Application") in order to receive the messages from us. For the protection of both parties’ interest, we reserve the right to decide to accept or reject your membership application or otherwise terminate your account for any reason and will not be liable to you in any way. After we have completed your membership registration and granted you a membership ("ZAKURA Account"), you will officially become a ZAKURA member and will be entitled to the rewards and privileges exclusive to ZAKURA members.

 

  1. Your ZAKURA Account must be owned by you personally. You can accumulate Points, redeem Points for products, services, discounts, gifts or coupons ("Rewards") or receive any other rewards or benefits associated with your ZAKURA Account. You may not sell, exchange, transfer or assign your Account or Rewards to anyone. You may not earn Points or redeem Rewards for more than one account for the same transaction.

 

  1. Earn Points 

After activating your account, you can accumulate points in your account when you make purchases at our ZAKURA physical shops and ZAKURA website. When you present your Membership Code or Membership Phone Number when purchasing any products or services at ZAKURA shop or online store, you will earn at least 1 bonus point for every $1 (HK$1) spent and your earned points will be credited to your account on the following day after the purchase. In some cases, your Reward Point balance may not be updated immediately, but we will update it as soon as possible. In the event of a refund, the amount of points you have earned on the purchase will be deducted from your account. Generally, you cannot earn or accumulate points when you purchase any cash coupons or gift cards at ZAKURA stores. Some Cash Coupons, Gift Cards or Vouchers may be subject to different points earning terms and conditions, which will be posted on our website or the Application or otherwise notified to you. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or purchased. Points must be redeemed before the expiry date. Points are valid for up to 1 year. After the expiry date, the points will not be valid.

 

  1. Redemption and Use of Rewards

We recommend that you download the ZAKURA App in order to take advantage of the Rewards and other benefits we offer exclusively to our Members. 

You can use your ZAKURA account points to redeem the Rewards offered by us. Points required to redeem a particular reward will be specified from time to time. You can check the number of points required for each reward through our app. If you have applied for membership through the in-store registration process but have not subsequently downloaded the ZAKURA app and linked your account, you will not be able to redeem the Rewards. Please download the ZAKURA app in order to use the Rewards. Generally, you can redeem your Rewards through our Apps. Each reward has specific terms and conditions which explain the specific reward rules. The redemption of any Reward, including the use, delivery or claim of any reward, will be subject to additional terms and conditions which will be posted on our website or the application or notified to you prior to your redemption of the Reward. Rewards redeemable on your account shall be offered, given or terminated by us without any liability to you.

 

You will not be able to return or exchange your Rewards once they have been redeemed. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

  1. Account Termination or Suspension
You are free to cancel your account at any time and for any reason through our application or email to cs@zakura.com.hk. Upon account termination, all accumulated points and unclaimed rewards will be forfeited. In some circumstances, we may suspend or terminate your ZAKURA account (with or without notice) and recover from you any damages and losses we incur as a result of such suspension or termination if, in our opinion, you have breached any part of these Terms.
Your account must be linked to your cell phone number. Only one account can be linked to one cell phone number. If you change your cell phone number, you must update your account information through the Application or on the Website. If you do not update your account information in a timely manner after changing your cell phone number, there is a risk that your account may be accessed by a third party and your points may be redeemed by someone else using that mobile phone number. Without prejudice to the foregoing, if we reasonably believe that your cell phone number has been transferred to a third party or that your cell phone number has been deactivated, we reserve the right to cancel the account linked to this mobile phone number (without notice) and create another account for the new holder of this mobile phone number. If your account is canceled, all accumulated points will be voided. To rejoin ZAKURA, you will need to apply for a new membership with your new cell phone number.

 

  1. Terms Amendment 

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make any significant changes to these Terms, we will notify you through email or by posting a notice on website or application. By continuing to use your account after we have given you notice, you agree to our revised Terms. If you do not agree to these revisions, you may choose to cancel your account at any time.

 

  1. Commitment

We are committed to protecting your privacy, taking all reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to help you understand the types of personal information we collect about you, how we use and protect your personal information and your rights and choices.

 

  1. Types of Personal Data Collected

The types of personal information we collect, including but not limited to your title, name, gender, telephone number, e-mail address, home address, mailing address, billing address, shipping address or other contact information, the month and date of your birthday, your payment or credit card information, username and password, and any other personal information you voluntarily provide to us; and the IP address of your computer, mobile phone or other electronic device, real-time location information, browser settings, browsing history, referrals to our Platform and other Internet logs.

 

We may obtain personal information about you in various ways, for example:
  • You shop at our online or physical stores;
  • You participate in our activities or promotions;
  • You apply for or participate in any of our membership or promotional programs;
  • You register for an account with us;
  • You participate in any survey or marketing activity;
  • You log in to visit our website, use our mobile applications or visit any of our social media pages;
  • You use the Wi-Fi service at our stores or marketing events;
  • You contact us in person, by phone, by email or on any social media platform to enquire or provide information;
  • Confirming your identity;
  • You subscribe to our marketing or promotional materials.
You may choose not to provide us with the requested personal information, but if you choose not to, we may not be able to provide you with our products, services or offers, or you may not be able to log in to our website or make use of certain features. You have the right to request personal information about you and to have that information corrected, updated or deleted.

 

  1. Marketing campaign

We may use your personal information for marketing campaign, including discount promotion and marketing. We will not provide your personal information to third parties and will not allow third parties to use your personal information for marketing purposes. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving messages in connection with a sale campaign, you may contact our Customer Service Officer at "Customer Service Message" on the ZAKURA app to indicate your preference or request us to change your preference. If you receive sale campaign related messages by email, please follow the unsubscribe link provided to unsubscribe from receiving messages. We will not use your personal information for sales campaign without your consent. We will use your personal information such as name, mobile phone number, e-mail address and home address to notify you of our latest product and marketing campaigns if you agree. 

 

  1. Automated data collection 

Cookies are pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer or other Internet-related device when you browse the website. We use cookies for different purposes.

  • Operationally necessary cookies, which are necessary to allow you to browse our website and its content, such as logging in to the website or protected areas. These cookies cannot be turned off or the site will not function properly, but they do not store any personal data.
  • Functional Cookies. These cookies are used to enhance your shopping experience. For example, they remember the country you have chosen and what you have purchased for your next visit. The information collected by these cookies is anonymous, they are not used to track your browsing activity on other websites, and you can choose whether to disable them.

How to Control and Delete Cookies
